The Firm represents domestic and foreign lenders, including commercial banks and savings and loans, in actively negotiating, preparing and reviewing documents necessary for construction and permanent loans secured by real property.  Our involvement begins during the loan approval process and continues through the closing where the Firm acts as the closing agent and/or representative of the lender in certifying that the documentation is properly completed and executed by all parties.

We also represent developers and domestic and foreign lenders, including commercial banks, savings and loans and mortgage brokers, in actively negotiating and preparing documents necessary for construction and permanent loans secured by real property.  In addition, we assist our lender clients in designing and implementing appropriate due diligence investigation before loan closing.
